Since 2006 Meggy has operated at the velocity of global scale-ups. She helped accelerate BlackBerry’s European expansion during its high-growth era, then from 2010–2015 engineered Tesla’s European talent network—transforming a 30‑person team into a continent‑spanning workforce of thousands.

Specialising in rapid organisational scaling, Meggy joined Lilium in Munich as Global Head of Talent, architecting people systems that propelled the company from 30 to 400+ employees in a condensed timeframe and primed it for exponential expansion.

With over a decade of deep experience in human capital for disruptive tech, Meggy partners with founders and executive teams to design resilient cultures and scalable talent ecosystems. She builds organisations where excellence, agility, and relentless problem‑solving are embedded operationally.
